yellow gold lover's token BROOCH/ PENDANT. This little beauty is a dark cobalt
blue guilloche enamel brooch with white enamel encircling the blue. The gold
underneath decorates the enamel and is allowed to show through in a millegrain
pattern. There are 14 pearls that enhance the outside of the piece. Rose cut
diamonds form inter-twined hearts topped with an enameled crown. The back of the
piece is almost as interesting as the front with a glass compartment to put a
love token or trinket. The original backing is under the glass. The pin stem is
held by a C-clasp and extends beyond the outside of the piece, as is typical of
jewelry of this age. There is a hanger for wearing as a pendant. The piece is
slightly over 1" round and enamel is in excellent condition and
overall the piece is in very good to excellent condition $1600.00
