18kt. and rolled yellow gold BROOCH & EARRING SET. These pieces feature
light yellow golden amber loaded with insects. The brooch has an oval 40mm
X 30mm amber insert with what appears to be termites. The frame has
cross-hatching with rope twisting. The back has a C-clasp and a loop for a
safety chain. The earrings are matched perfectly in color with the brooch. The
earrings have round amber inserts which are 20 mm. and 22mm. with ants. The
earrings feature shepherd crook's backs. There is some crazing to the amber
(please remember the age), but overall are in very good condition. The brooch is
2" wide X 1-1/2" tall. The earrings are 1" round. Both pieces are
light weight and can be worn comfortably $1300.00
