Silver topped 14kt. yellow gold and 14kt. yellow gold sword shaped BROOCH. A fabulous look from a bygone era, this piece has everything. The hilt of the sword is silver topped yellow gold encrusted with 37 single cut diamond. To add a dramatic finish, there is a round, faceted dark blue sapphire and a flat topped, cream colored natural pearl. The scabbard of the sword is guilloche enamel in a pale baby blue color. At the bottom of the scabbard, there are an additional 3 diamonds. The back is nicely finished and features Russian gold marks and a maker's mark. The piece is 4-1/2" long, has a C-clasp and is in excellent condition $1650.00

The top leaves are dark purple, while the bottom leaves are veined and shaded from a yellowish enamel to a darker violet. The center is a 12 point old brilliant cut, prong set diamond. The diamond is VS2, G-H color and is a sparkly counterpoint to the velvet texture of the enamel. This piece can be worn as a pendant, a brooch or as a watchpin. It is 1-1/8" tall and 1-1/2" from the pendant bail (which folds down when worn as a brooch). 18kt. yellow gold lover's token BROOCH/ PENDANT. This little beauty is a dark cobalt blue guilloche enamel brooch with white enamel encircling the blue. The gold underneath decorates the enamel and is allowed to show through in a millegrain pattern. There are 14 pearls that enhance the outside of the piece. Rose cut diamonds form inter-twined hearts topped with an enameled crown. The back of the piece is almost as interesting as the front with a glass compartment to put a love token or trinket. The original backing is under the glass. The pin stem is held by a C-clasp and extends beyond the outside of the piece, as is typical of jewelry of this age. There is a hanger for wearing as a pendant. The piece is slightly over 1" round and enamel is in excellent condition and overall the piece is in very good to excellent condition $1525.00

It features a Burmese hot pink sapphire (some could call it a ruby) in a cushion cut and has an additional three round hot pink sapphires on the sword hilt. There are tendrils of leaves wrapped around the blade of the sword encrusted with demantoid garnets. And as a final touch, sparkly old mine cut diamonds are prong set down the blade and hilt. It features 7 pigeon blood red Burmese rubies with a total weight of 2 carats that are incredibly sparkly. The diamonds are old mine cut, are bright and clear and have a total weight of 2 carats. All stones, rubies and diamonds, are round cut and matched for color very nicely and are prong set in silver to enhance their sparkle. The highlight is a pear shaped, rose cut diamond of approximately .50 points (1/2 carat) . The carat weight of the diamonds is difficult to estimate since they are the rose cut style, but total weight is estimated at approximately 1 carat in 26 diamonds. Silver-topped yellow gold handmade diamond encrusted flower BROOCH and PENDANT. The main flower is mounted "en tremblant" (it moves) to show the flash of diamonds at every movement. The patina on this piece is spectacular. When candlelight was the only light, this brooch shimmered with the light of 85 diamonds ranging from .02 points up to .50 points and a total weight of 6-1/2 carats (approximately), VVS2 to SI2 in clarity, G-I in color. It probably started life as an aigrette/brooch combination. It has been fitted with a pin stem and pendant combo with an interesting screw in mechanism which can remove the stem. The beauty of this piece is remarkable and no picture can do it justice....it is in excellent condition (considering the renovation which is itself antique), 2" overall in length and a gem of the craftsman's art $7000.00
