GUARANTEED
Your business is appreciated and it is
important to Caroline's Jewelry
with a Past that you be completely happy with your
purchase. We endeavor to represent all our jewelry to
the utmost of our abilities, but we also know that jewelry is a very personal
thing and the piece you order may not fit in your life.
If you are not pleased
with your purchase, you may return your
jewelry for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping or ring sizing
charges as long as the piece has not been damaged or altered and within 3 days
of your receipt of the piece.
We do have a separate
return policy for watches and layaways. If you are not satisfied with the watch
or there is any problem with it, please notify us immediately to return the
piece. For layaways, please follow this link to our
LAYAWAY
POLICIES.
If a piece of jewelry is not as we represent it to be, we
accept returns without question or hesitation.

Frequently we are asked
how we know something is antique or how the customer is sure they are getting
what we say a piece is. That is not an easy question because in today's market
there are sellers who either misrepresent their merchandise through
ignorance or deliberately, through fraud. It has been our goal from the day we
opened our shop to provide our customers with the finest antique and estate
pieces available which are both affordable and wearable. We spend a great deal
of effort in analyzing our pieces for authenticity and for materials and stones.
We use numerous publications, books and contacts to ensure you are receiving
what we say a piece is. We will "underage" a piece before we will say
something is older than it is. If we are not certain of the age of the piece, we
will call it "20th. century".
We are not infallible, however, and if we make a
mistake we will make it right.
