3) Identification number (as it appears on the reverse of the credit card in the signature block)

| Personal checks may take up to 6 weeks to clear the bank. We will ship when they have cleared. |
| International delivery is
often delayed by local Customs departments, so please do not be concerned if
you have not received your package for at least three weeks after shipping.
We welcome e-mails confirming that your purchase has been shipped,
requesting tracking information, or to make certain that your payment was

These are the things we will NOT do:
+ Ship to an address different from the address of the credit card;+ Ship to a person different than on the credit card or ship to a country different than on the credit card;

+ Provide false information on United States Postal Service Customs forms or on any other customs form. This includes information about contents, claiming items to be gifts or repairs, claiming that the item is antique (if it is not) or claiming a lower-than-actual value. This is against the laws of the United States of America and most other countries.

"Caroline's Jewelry & Antiques" reserves the right to refuse credit card or check sales from anyone and may require cash or same as cash transactions from specific countries or individuals.
