Sterling silver CARD CASE with engine turned engraving. A wonderfully detailed period piece, the case is 3-1/4" long X 2-1/4" wide and 3/8" thick. There is a cartouche with an engraved name. The top seals nicely and the piece is in excellent condition $190.00

Sterling silver chatelaine PURSE. This piece is by Gorham and has all the style you expect from them. The body is star shaped flat chain mail and features 8 tiny dangling balls (all intact). The frame has floriate scrolling and leaves with a small loop. The clasp is 2 putti cherubs. It features full maker's marks for Gorham and a style number. The "body" of the purse is 4-1/2" long and overall the piece is 7" long. This piece is in excellent condition $350.00

Sterling silver COMPACT. A stylish necessity for women before World War II, compacts as grand as this were given as tokens of love and affection. This one features a hatch mark design with a crown and the initials ? "MN". This lovely piece is fully hallmarked for London, 1940 and features a maker's mark of "S & Co.". It is 2-3/8" square, has a lovely intact mirror and spot for a single powder puff. An elegant touch from an elegant time. It is in very good to excellent condition $125.00

Sterling silver bowed CIGARETTE CASE with wonderful engraving and gilt on the inside. Made in Birmingham, England, fully hallmarked and dated 1900-01 with a maker's mark for H. Matthews. This piece measures 3-1/2" X 2-1/4" outside and 3-1/6" X 2-1/16" inside. It has a bowed top and a slight bow on the back side. It has its original elastic inserts and is in excellent condition $275.00
