Caroline's Jewelry with a Past stands by its product. We make every reasonable effort to insure that the piece (s) of jewelry we sell are as we represent them to be in our description; however, it is not impossible for us to have made some mistake in our assessment or for the shipper to have damaged the item (s) in shipment.
If the item (s) appear to have been damaged in shipment, please inform us and the shipper immediately upon receipt, as all of our jewelry is shipped insured.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry you receive from us, please inform us of your dissatisfaction immediately and return the jewelry packaged as you received it. These returns should be shipped back to us via UPS Air or Priority Mail within 3 days of their receipt by you and should be insured for their full value as sold to you. If not received by Caroline's Jewelry within 14 days of the original shipment date, no parcels will be accepted and will be deemed to belong to the purchaser. Subsequent to its safe receipt by Caroline's Jewelry with a Past and your check's clearance at the bank, if applicable, all monies paid will be refunded to you by certified check, cashier's check (at our discretion) or we will issue full credit to your appropriate charge account, if this is applicable, providing that the item (s) of jewelry have not been modified, tampered with or otherwise damaged in any way while in your care.
If, for any reason, you elect to return any of these piece (s) of jewelry to us after the 3 day limit specified above, Caroline's Jewelry with a Past will issue you a "store" credit in the amount that the piece was purchased for originally, providing that the item (s) have not been modified, tampered with or otherwise damaged in any way while in your care and it is within 30 days from the date of the invoice for the merchandise. If you do not want a "store" credit for the item (s), Caroline's Jewelry with a Past may agree to accept such item (s) for our resale on a 25% commission basis. Payment for same will be rendered to you upon our receipt of payment for the item (s) from others. Any reasonable offer (s) received for such item (s) will be related to you for your acceptance or rejection.
Some of our pictures have been enlarged to show details. If you are in doubt of the size of a piece, please ask for dimensions or pictures showing actual sizes. Thank you for your business.
