To Place Orders:

If you e-mail us with the order information, please do not include your credit card number; but if you prefer to e-mail credit card information, send the card number and the expiration date on 2 separate e-mails or we can call you via telephone to receive your credit card number. You can still fax or telephone your order & credit card numbers. We will confirm the availability of items via phone, fax or e-mail within 48 hours.

Order Form for Fax or Mail

Freight charges are not included in pricing. All items will be shipped via USPS Registered U.S. mail, Federal Express or UPS (unless other arrangements are made), after the credit card or check has been processed (usually within 48 hours or less). We will ship all items insured for their full value. If you choose to send a money order, cashier's check, or bank check, the items will be shipped when the check has been processed through the bank (usually within 10 days or less). All personal check amounts over $1500 should be sent on 2 separate checks to avoid hold delays. Sorry, no COD or on approval orders accepted. Credit cards will be billed prior to shipment, no exceptions.

Returns:

If you wish to return merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of the receipt of the merchandise, except watches or Layaways (see below). You must ship the return to us so that we receive it within 14 days of the original shipment date. Package the items in the original box (or comparable container) and return to us fully insured. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer and any item returned will not be credited with outbound freight charges. All items must be returned in their original condition without alterations or damage. Any item damaged in return transit or not returned within 14 days of original receipt date will be the responsibility of the customer. A credit will be issued against the appropriate credit account if a credit card was used or a refund check for all other forms of payment. If items are returned damaged from the customer, a repair fee will be deducted from the refund amount if the item can be repaired. If the item cannot be repaired, the piece will be returned to the customer without credit. We do allow additional returns after 3-days under special circumstances, please contact us for additional information.

Watches:

All watches are warranted running when shipped, and since we cannot be responsible for the manner in which they are handled after receipt, we can not guarantee running condition beyond receipt. If  the watch does not run when you receive it, please call for a return authorization number immediately.

Layaways:

Layaways are accepted for 2 to 6 months depending on the value of the merchandise and may be extended with prior approval. Each payment will be in equal monthly installments. A credit card number must be on file, even if paying by check, money order, or PayPal. If a payment is missed, the credit card will be charged. When you pay by credit card, an equal monthly billing will be charged to that card each month at approximately the same time. If you wish to delay an installment, please notify us before the first of the month. An itemized statement will be mailed after each payment.

Default on Layaways:

If we have not received a layaway payment in 60 days from the last payment date, the item will be returned to stock without notice and all payments to date will be forfeited. If a layaway has defaulted, Caroline's Jewelry reserves the right to release it upon immediate payment of all past due balances; however, all sales will be final and no returns or credits allowed.

Length of Layaways:

$100 to $250               2 MONTHS with returns allowed, no re-stocking charge

$251 to $1499             3 MONTHS with returns allowed with a 25% re-stocking charge

$1500 to $2999           4 MONTHS with returns allowed with a 35% re-stocking charge

$3000 to $4999           6 MONTHS with no returns allowed, credit on account with 40% restocking charge

3 Months maximum for all sale or specially priced items.
